Rates are valid for each flat and night for 2 persons, value added tax is included
For the peak seasons at Christmas and Carnival, and during the summer period from 4 July to 20 September 2026, a minimum occupancy of 3 persons is always required!
- each person further more, between 15,00 and 25,00 € each day
- additional facilities or rates for children, don't hesitate to inquire
- For the first night, we charge a one-time fee of € 60.00 for all additional costs such as final cleaning, bed linen, hand towels and tea towels.

- in main or peak season, we lease our flats for 5 days at least.
- Visitor's tax is not included, there is an additional charge by law.
- Bedding as well as towels and dishcloth are present
